1. For Students & Graduates
Accurate Profile Information
You agree to provide truthful, current, and accurate information across your profile, resume/CV, academic records, skills, projects, and external profile links.
Authentic Identity Verification
You must only use your own official institutional email address or genuine Student ID / enrollment documents for verification. Submitting altered, digitally manipulated, or someone else's documents will result in permanent account termination.
Professional Conduct
Communicate respectfully with employers, attend scheduled interviews on time, and notify companies promptly if your availability changes.
2. For Companies & Employers
Strict Zero-Fee Policy
Employers are strictly prohibited from charging applicants any money at any stage of the internship process, including registration fees, application fees, training fees, security deposits, equipment fees, or certificate charges. Any organization asking applicants for payment will be immediately and permanently banned.
Transparent Internship Listings
Every internship post must clearly and honestly state the role responsibilities and requirements, work mode (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid), expected duration, application deadline, and compensation details (exact paid stipend range or clearly marked unpaid status).
Legitimate Opportunities & Applicant Data Privacy
Only genuine, legally registered organizations may post internships. Misleading listings, multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or commission-only sales schemes are strictly prohibited. Student resumes and emails received through applications must be used solely for recruitment purposes within your organization.
3. For Educational Institutions
Authorized Representation
Institutional accounts and career portals may only be accessed and managed by authorized representatives of an accredited educational institution, board, college, university, or department.
Student Verification & Support
Partner institutions agree to use student verification and placement insights responsibly to support student career development.
4. General Platform Rules & Safety
Safe & Respectful Environment
Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, spam, or fraudulent behavior of any kind is not tolerated and will result in immediate account suspension. Users can report suspicious listings, fee demands, or inappropriate behavior directly from any internship listing or profile.
Role of the Platform & Governing Law
CampusHire verifies accounts and connects students, educational institutions, and employers. Direct employment agreements, stipend disbursements, NDAs, and workplace arrangements are entered into directly between the applicant and the hiring organization. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
