1. Information We Collect
From Students & Graduates
Full name, email address, city, headline, bio, education history, academic grades/scores, skills, projects, certificates, uploaded resumes/CVs, cover letters, and external profile links (such as GitHub, LinkedIn, or Portfolio), along with official institutional email or Student ID / enrollment proof from an accredited educational institution.
From Companies & Employers
Organization name, official work email, website URL, industry, organization size, office locations, team member invitations, and official business or tax registration documents submitted to verify employer authenticity.
From Educational Institutions
Name of the accredited educational institution or department, official website and email domain, accreditation/recognition details, and authorized representative contact information.

To match students and graduates with relevant internships and deliver applications to hiring organizations.
Trust, Safety & Verification
To verify the authenticity of students, employers, and educational institutions so our platform remains safe, genuine, and free from scams or fake listings.
Platform Communications & Institutional Insights
To send essential updates such as email verification codes, application status notifications (Shortlisted, Interview, Offered), security alerts, and placement insights for partner educational institutions.
3. Who Can See Your Information
Your Applications & Resume
When you apply to an internship, your profile, resume/CV, and contact information are shared with the hiring team of that specific organization. Students control whether their shareable profile is visible publicly or kept private.
Strictly Confidential Verification Documents
Uploaded Student ID cards, academic enrollment proof, and company registration documents are never displayed publicly. They are restricted strictly to authorized verification reviews.
Educational Institution Career Offices
Verified educational institutions may view placement statistics and verification status for students affiliated with their institution.
4. We Never Sell Your Data & Data Security
Zero Data Selling
CampusHire never sells, rents, or trades student, employer, or institutional personal information, email addresses, or resumes to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing agencies.
Access-Controlled Storage & Security
All sensitive files (including resumes, Student ID cards, and business registration documents) are stored in private, access-controlled storage. Account access is protected with encrypted passwords, secure session management, and optional Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
5. Your Privacy Controls & Rights
Edit, Toggle Visibility, or Delete
You can update your profile details, replace or delete your uploaded resume, and toggle public profile sharing at any time from your account settings. You may also request to deactivate your account and permanently delete your personal data and uploaded verification documents by contacting our support team.
